He specializes in M&A tax due diligence engagements, structuring and modeling for real estate clients, technology and private equity clients. Matt is particularly skilled at navigating the intersection of tax strategy and business growth, helping clients achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign.
Matthew loves to travel and spent eight months living abroad in Belgium. He is an avid reader and history buff.
